Joanne has mastery-level instructional design skills which she uses to expertly craft learning designs for the classroom, virtual classroom, online learning and blended learning solutions.

Her expertise includes management, leadership, coaching, performance management and change leadership, sales and sales management, and client 

service. Dedicated to the field of instructional design, Joanne has developed and facilitated a proprietary instructional design seminar.  More than 400 people have participated in Joanne’s Instructional System Design course in the United States and the UK.

She is a highly skilled facilitator for both classroom and virtual classroom learning and leads facilitation skills courses for trainers as well as subject matter experts with training responsibilities. For more than 20 years, Joanne has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy, leading graduate-level courses in Training and Development and Instructional Design.

Joanne held positions with Citibank and The Bank of New York, and a consulting position with The Forum Corporation before starting her own learning consultancy in 1997.

Joanne holds a BA of Fine Art from Brooklyn College and an MA in Human Resources Management from The New School for Social Research Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy (now the Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy).
