Ken De Loreto is a consultant, coach,
instructional designer, and master facilitator specializing in the areas of
management, leadership, and facilitation skills. Ken applies his 25
years of consulting experience with learning theory to drive pragmatic endeavors
which solve clients’ business problems.
Ken has significant experience with varied audience levels, from front-line to
senior team, in organizations ranging from
small start-ups to global organizations. His facilitation,
consulting and design experience span a wide range of industries including
professional services, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, and
consumer products. His client list includes AOL, American Express, Carlson
Wagonlit Travel, Citibank, Corning, Deloitte, Disney, Fidelity, Gilead,
L’Oreal, MetLife, and Xerox.
Prior to his independent consulting work, Ken
was a Senior Vice President of The Forum Corporation. While at Forum, he
effectively serving as lead consultant/designer on many national and global
initiatives. In addition to his client work, he also managed and led a
team of seven consultants in addition to numerous client faculties.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, with
concentration in communication, from Assumption University (formerly Assumption
College). He has also sought formal and informal learning opportunities
to explore the link between neuroscience, human performance, and adult
learning, enhancing his ability to facilitate truly engaging sessions and help
learners embrace new behaviors.
